The indu+ wok does far more than simply bring Eastern cuisine to your home. After all, in addition to stir-frying, you can also sauté, simmer, marinade, steam and, yes, even deep-fry! Thanks to the hollow shape and large induction coil, the entire surface of the pan (diameter 36 cm) will heat evenly. In this way food can be heated quickly and evenly without using much fat. What is more, the wok is usually used on a very high setting so that the food retains its colour, flavour and nutritional value better. That is what makes stir-frying so healthy.
The indu+ Wok offers 100% comfort thanks to the many built-in functions such as a timer, egg-timer, booster, direct access to 15 heat levels, etc.
